        The experience was quite good. How it should be at a 5 star hotel. Our receptionist was the sweetest lady ever, and we checked in with ease. The rooms were kind of suffocating with no balconies. The view was great, though. They offer exclusive services as happy hour unlimited drinks and other amenities. Still a lot of improvements can be made in terms of adding extra services in the hotel.

        Stayed only for the night. So difficult to comment. Room was small but okay. Only problem was that in the bathroom, the shower was only from the top - hanging from roof. Not convenient for everyone. Staff were very efficient, warm and affable: won my heart. Food was okay. Not something great. The Hall for conference was of course good for a small meeting of say 200 delegates. A good thing for the young is that below the hotel, there are casinos and clubs!

        The experience was quite good. How it should be at a 5 star hotel. Our receptionist was the sweetest lady ever, and we checked in with ease.         Great location - Thamel in Kathmandu. Rooms are fine, ok in size. Food is fine. Didn't get to taste their buffet, only Ala Carte, breakfast was fine , food quality is good. My stays were just night stays, so won't be able to make long review at this stage, will update once I stay some more, cheers

        Everything about this property is really good. It's not top of the line, but it's good. It's in a touristy location and attached to a shopping center which is convenient. Jumping-off point for a lot of trekkers. It's right next to a night club, so street noise can be bad. Get a room away from the street if that sort of thing bothers you.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
