Overall, a great stay and very memorable. We booked a trip to island hopping from the hotel which was reasonable and staff was very nice and accommodating. Overall, the staff is very sweet, kind and attentive to our needs. The pool is beautiful and very fun. A special call out to Ameer, who addressed our concerns, was very kind and sweet. Great location also, convenient to a lot of activities. Would recommend!

Great place to stay in Langkawi. I liked it was a bit off the main beach area to quieter, had nice rooms that were clean, good views, huge buffet, and a great large pool to swim in that was never crowded. Bonus points for reasonable priced pool drinks. Minus one point for mixing up a reservation for a cooking class that I showed up for that never happened nor was there any clear communication.

There is very loud in hotel rooms. You can hear everything: airplanes, motorcycles, cars, air condition, neighbours. Breakfast looks fantastic but tastes very common. Staff is very kind, helpful and cherful.

This is such a gem! I love how the reception area is open. Blends in with the surrounding area. Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I love that on the one side you can see the ocean and the pool and the other the rain forest. Breakfast had a good and varied selection of both western and Asian foods. Only dropped one star for location because it is 10 minutes to the local food and shops. A 30 minute walk.

The sea facing rooms had a great view. The hotel is vegan friendly and for health reasons I need to eat glutenfree too where the chef and staff really helped- actually making something suitable for my breakfast each day! The staff and the tour desk were also friendly helpful and well-informed!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
