Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Plenty of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in the WC. The laundry units are free of charge! Drying times are incredibly long, and there is a water condenser in the dryer unit that needs to be emptied, which is typical of European dryers, as there is no external venting. Right across from train station, and close to great restaurants and shops. A full breakfast was included.

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights. We really liked the hotel, room and breakfast. The location is directly across from the central train station in Munich. This makes it easy for metro or trains to and from the city. Some people complained about the neighborhood, but we had no issues and never felt unsafe. It is city! People coming and going but nothing of issue for us. We arrived early and they were able to get us checked in early. The breakfast was good. Again, some people complained it was not that good, I didn’t understand why. There were 2 coffee machines that provided cappuccino, latte, espresso, hot chocolate and americano and more. Juices and yogurt, breads and rolls, sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs (better than US hotels), meats, cheeses, fruits and vegetables, jams and butter. What else do you expect for breakfast? As an elite Marriott member breakfast was included, u think the cost is 20€. The woman during the week at breakfast was friendly and helpful also. Our room was clean, spacious and very quiet. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was good, not a lot of room at the sink for toiletries, but we managed. We had drinks at the bar 2 nights after sightseeing. The bartender was very friendly and the drinks and wine were good. Reasonably priced for a hotel bar. I like it cool to sleep and the AC worked well enough for me. If I am happy with it, it should satisfy most people. The window could also be open for fresh air. I am sure you can pay more for fancier hotels in fancier locations, but this hotel worked very well for us and I don’t hesitate to recommend it.

I stayed here for a work trip. Clean and well presented rooms. Good breakfast. Very quiet rooms despite being next to the station (the walls are well sound proofed). Great location for sightseeing. Helpful staff at the desk.

We booked this hotel after having issues because the strike by the train engineers. We booked the room the same day and arrived late, but the hostess was great and got us through the check in. The room was clean and large. We used points to get the room because the room prices doubled from when we arrived 4 days prior!

I love to stay at this hotel as it is next to the Munich train station. Room is reasonable clean and spacious. Shower area is a stand shower.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
