        I loved this spot. The room was very clean the view was gorgeous the only thing I wasn't a fan of was the customer service. One of the workers especially. I travel often & was wanting to know the charges on the parking but she said she didn't know how much it was going to be which is not normal. She didn't have a certain amount of how much the parking was daily. That it could change. I thought that was weird. Over all I loved the place. It was close to universal studios which is the reason of our trip so that was convenient. Its close to everything else in Orlando as well. They also help with transportation to Disney. They have a lot of deals that they can help with. The room was roomy & clean. The bed was super soft & comfortable. The shower has it separate room along with the toilet. The TV had a couple streaming services available to you. I requested a room clean which I had to do twice cause the 1st lady we had asked never did it for us. They did after all come & clean it up & gave us all new towels. They have a inside bar they have a pool table where you can eat & play. They have a gym & a outside swimming pool. I really liked the environment & I will for sure keep this place in mind. It wasn't expensive I felt it was reasonable for the amount of days i was there.

        Terrible service! The atmosphere and rooms were so nice but two of their most helpful amenities did not work! (digital check-in/digital key card). When explaining my digital key was not working i received a hard copy only to walk in and learn they had put a different guest in my room because I had checked in online! The front desk staff did not apologize for the mix up, made me wait 15 minutes, and were incredibly unsympathetic towards me and the man who I had disturbed. Because my father was not available until very late they refused to allow me into a room because I am 20 not 21. Yes ma’am I’m 20 and my father will not arrive until 4am, THATS WHY WE BOOKED A HOTEL WITH A DIDGITAL KEY CARD. They refused to allow me into a room despite already being checked in and expected me to sleep in my car until my dad arrived!

        While the location is great and the room was lovely, I have NEVER in my life experienced worse service. I travel regularly and have stayed at hundreds of hotels in my lifetime. While I understand this is a pet friendly hotel, it should not be expected that other guests (multiple affected and complained) should have to put up with hours of barking and a dog scratching. After hours of this and not being able to sleep, I demanded something to be done. The maintenance man Rupert was sent upstairs to bring the dog down as was told by the manager Lucia on duty. I wanted for Rupert as I was told this before and it did not happen and we went upstairs. Instead of taking the dog down he proceeded to laugh about how this was a puppy and brushed off my complaints. At this point with NO APOLOGIES FROM STAFF to be LAUGHED at was infuriating. He then said he was going to wait by the door for the owner to return instead of bringing the dog down like I was told. Since NOTHING I was told has happened to resolve this at this point we had to leave. I asked Lucia for a refund for my stay and was told that was not possible as she had to talk to her manager. I asked for something in writing from her that she intended to provide the refund as so far her word has meant nothing as nothing was done to fix this. She refused to do so. I asked to speak to her manager. She said she was the manager on duty. To which I am even more appalled at this point that she will not refund my money. I asked to speak to her manager. She said he would be there the next day and my husband would get a call about it. She refused to reach out to him that nigh. We did not receive a phone call. I also emailed David and asked for a response and did not hear from him. I cannot believe that the staff would treat a guest so poorly, not apologize, once, and then only respond with "its a pet friendly hotel". Nothing about this experience was friendly. And if an animal cannot tolerate being friendly in said hotel, it should not be allowed to be there. Shame on the owners, shame on this hotel staff. I will be writing google reviews to this nature until this is resolved. Update: So now I am being told that Lucia has processed a return. So ALL OF THAT was unnecessary of her to not provide it initially and give me a hard time AND I was lied to that she was unable to provide the return. That makes the situation even more frustrating.

        I have been coming to this location every 2 months for the past year. Meaning I have stayed here at least 7 times now. The past 2 visits have fallen extremely short with customer service. This last trip I called at 4p to confirm my check in at 10p then I called again at 7p to confirm once more. Upon arrival to yhe hotel I was I didn't have a king bed I reserved. The front desk associate (Cesar) welcomed me took my card, then charged me and then proceeded to tell me that I don't have the room I requested. He was did so laughing, I explained that it was unacceptable. I asked whey I wasn't informed of this the 2 times I called. He replied I don't know i wasnt here. Then I asked what time his shift started and he stated that he began his shift at 4p and that he worked alone So he lied to me about not speaking to me earlier. He continued to laugh at the situation, didn't offer a solution and legit told me "it is what it is". Then I asked as to why I am being charged parking when I have no spots available as someone with a teailer took up 6 spots. And his reply was " well you babe to find elsewhere to park" After this experience I will most likely not be returning to tbis hotel. Updat: I understand how people have different personalities. The issue is also no communication, the associate didn't even bother to leave a message for management or have management contact us

        This has been by far the rudest and most unhelpful, uncaring front desk ppl! I paid for my room a month in advance with Aloft not a 3rd party website! I gave my confirmation numbers, and then I was told oh we don't have your king bed anymore." It's my anniversary! And they were so cold and unsympathetic that me and my husband and I traveled all this way. Paid for an overnight babysitter just for us to not be able to stay together! No, it's not happening, sorry! Ashai and Cesar should be fired for how they treated us. Now we're out looking for a room pathetic

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
