We stayed here on both ends of a week long trip. We had never stayed at Aloft before. From the reviews we expected a better experience. The problems began on the first leg. The toilet, when flushed, sprayed into the area. Lesson learned, I guess. On the second stay, after a long flight, with a late check-in, we discovered there was not even a door on the toilet area. Very NC. When we tried to talk to management about it in the morning, we were told there was no on-site management, but we were given a business card to try to communicate. No luck there. After trading messages, with a pleasant person who tried to connect us, nobody would ever respond. Our sense is nobody at Aloft cares about customer service. We do not recommend this lodging. By the way, we have never stayed somewhere that did not have coffee or tea available in the lobby. That, though, is the Aloft way. Maybe this is how big business treats guests these days.

Service is good. For the price of long term parking you get a room and convenience of a 5min shuttle bus to the airport. I think there is breakfast included as well. The only downside is AC. It's either loud or it's cold, because cold air enters the room around it

UNSAFE.... BEWARE I parked my car for 8 days while on vacation. Returned to find my car stripped of its hood, fender, grill and lights and cut electrical wires. The front of the car was essentially missing! Talking with others as well as reading reviews on sites like trip advisor, this is a common occurrence. Patterns of theft are similar...hood and front section of cars are removed. Obviously management has been aware as myself and other victims prior to my occurrence have had police arrive and complete reports. Thieves are also labeling cars with blue tape... identifying the next target. Affected cars are total losses....thousands of dollars are being paid out and we consumers are without transportation, scrambling to buy another vehicle with funds that are less than ideal. The hotel must assume some accountability to provide a realtive degree of safety. Affected patrons need to pursue this further. Perhaps hitting hotel management in their pocket books will get their attention and prevent this from happening to others.

We booked the hotel through Expedia. It was for 1 night. The hotel charged us for 4 nights. They refuse to reimburse us. This location is a bunch of thief’s. DO NOT STAY HERE. Just called again to see how to handle this and they said that we left something in the room so they had the right to charge us for the nights. I left something there! People leave things all the time. And the accounting women cursed at me. Avoid this place. Awful thief’s.

Great value for sleep, park and fly. The room plus 5 nights parking was money than parking alone and no stress in the morning. Rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. Light, cold snacks in lobby. Full meal across at the Sheraton 4 points. Will book again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
