This is my second time at this property and the service is much better. A special thank you to Angel, the Concierge. Our rental car broke down thankfully in the hotel parking garage and he helped arrange a replacement vehicle with the car rental agency. Also, a thank you to Dulce in housekeeping who helped us switch rooms and who came by everyday to replenish the coffee/water station. Always had a smile on her face and willing to assist. The rooftop pool is beautiful and the gym has good equipment and is clean. Can't wait to come back to this property!

Very nice hotel for the money. Friendly accomodating staff, clean, comfortable rooms. Being in the city but not on the main strip allowed us to travel by foot to local in town eateries and coffee shops. The rooftop pool and bar is a nice touch. The only downside to my stay was I wasn't facing the water, so my room view was of another building under construction. Wasn't a big deal since we spent most days out and about, evenings in the pool and the room for showering and resting. I would definitely stay here again.

First off Javier, the manager on duty is great. His Team and the staff is great. Marcelo on the 4th floor rooftop is excellent as well. This was my first trip to Mexico and they made sure everything went well for me & boyfriend. Great Location, a supermarket downstairs, breakfast restaurant that does amazing juices, A good Taco place, a running track near by...I cannot praise this hotel enough. I want to go back to Mexico just to be at the Aloft.

Our room was clean. The bathroom/toilet area has an open concept which is nice as it lets multiple people use the toilet/shower/makeup area at the same time but using the toilet with another person right outside can be uncomfortable. The hotel seems to be new. We used the rooftop pool and the gym. Both were great. The hotel is centrally located in Playa Del Carmen. We went to restaurants on 10th avenue and explored the area near the beach clubs which was great to check out in the evening. Both areas are walkable from the hotel or you can take one of the white cabs that are readily available outside the hotel. We tried the breakfast buffet once and it was ok. Staff was nice and we got recommendations for the beach club area which was worth exploring.

Room was great, although an open bathroom if sharing a room. There are 2 rooftop pools which are amazing with a bar. Breakfast wasn’t our favourite and some staff were more helpful than others. But all in all great hotel with a great location to shops, restaurants and clubs.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
