Great location. The hotel is near Myeondong shopping street and bus station &train station. The check in time is 3pm but the front liner was generously give us an early check in. They also helped us to book taxi whenever we need it. Breakfast selections were a lot but they don’t circulate the menu everyday since we stay for 6 days, the menu always the same. Room was clean, comfortable bed and most importantly they have bidet and heated toilet seat lol. Would stay here again if we come to Seoul next year.

Stayed in this hotel for over a week and absolutely loved staying here. The staff is very nice and friendly and spoke fluent English. The rooms were very clean. What I liked is that the cleaning staff came back later in the day to clean. Because of our jetlag we didn't go out of bed early in the morning and with a lot of hotels you "miss" your cleaning moment. Over here that doesn't matter and they just cleaned our room later in the day. This hotel is located at a very convenient spot: close to the night market and other grocery, beauty and convenient stores. Would recommend people to stay here!

Very good location, everything was very accessible . Food and shopping , walking distance to the Namsan Cable Car too . The hotel staff were very helpful . Minus point is house keeping is only until 4 pm . Rooms were clean and amenities basic

I stayed at Aloft for 3 nights while visiting Seoul on vacation. The check-in staff were helpful and spoke good English (great given my level of Korean!). The room was a decent size and well furnished - including plug sockets that didn't require an adapter for my Australian electronics. Breakfast offered a good variety of Western and Korean food. Best of all was the location - right next to Namsan Park (great walking / running if you like hills), a variety of attractions, and transportation links.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
