I stay Aloft this January for 7 days. A Special thanks to their staff who took care and helped me while I had a problem with the language and currency. I can never expect such kindness in ANY other country. The design of the hotel is very futuristic with a huge reception and buffet area. The food was amazingly delicious with wide options of Asian and western cuisine. I look forward to staying in this hotel again and again and highly recommend.

Very good hotel with good facilities. Has good rooms with efficient room service. They use robots to deliver water bottles. They have gym a d conference rooms. It also has laundry machines which is free for hotel customers. It has heater in the ground floor which gives you warm welcome. It has continental breakfast with lots of options. Some downsides are No swimming pool. No vegitarian option No Indian breakfast items No microwave Owens or heater coils No spa facilities

I stayed at this location for business. The hotel is located 10 minutes walk from the Zhongke Rd station on line 13. The room was specious with a little desk, sofa, and TV. The AC/heat is so quiet. The wall outlets next to the bed had adapters built in and had two USB ports. It was just so convenient to be able to plug my computer and phone. Both the room and the bathroom were very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. They had a laundromat on the third floor, right next to the gym, with three American-size washer and dryer. It is free to use, but the detergent pods were 45 RMB, which is quite expensive. Some of the front desk staff spoke English, and I did not have any issues with communicating them. The breakfast both provided Chinese and Western style, and there were so much to choose from. Near the metro station, there are quite a few restaurants, too.

Newly built, design-oriented hotel, not too big. Beautiful rooms, spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. WLAN free of charge but filtered as usual in China i.e. all Google applications do not work. Extensive breakfast buffet as usual in Asia. Staff friendly but not everyone speaks English. In total a recommendable 4* hotel. A point deduction because of the location: a new high-tech area is being built there, but besides offices and a FamilyMart there is nothing around the hotel ... no restaurant neither. Tip: since the hotel is new and therefore unknown to taxi drivers, be sure to have the address and a map in Chinese with you. Both are available in the Marriott Bonvoy app. You can also use the app to check in and open the room door! Neu gebautes, Design-orientiertes, nicht zu großes Hotel. Schöne Zimmer, großzügiges Bad mit begehbarer Dusche. WLAN kostenlos aber wie meistens in China gefiltert dh. alle Google-Anwendungen laufen nicht. Umfangreiches Frühstücksbüffet wie in Asien so üblich. Personal freundlich aber nicht jeder spricht englisch. In Summe ein empfehlenswertes 4*-Hotel. Ein Punkt Abzug wegen der Lage: es entsteht dort eine neue Hightech-Area, aber außer Büros und einem FamilyMart gibt es um das Hotel herum nichts ... auch kein Restaurant. Tipp: nachdem das Hotel neu und damit den Taxifahrern unbekannt ist, auf jeden Fall die Adresse und einen Lageplan auf Chinesisch dabei haben. Beides ist in der Marriott Bonvoy-App verfügbar. Mit der App kann man übrigens auch einchecken und die Zimmertür öffnen!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
