My wife and our baby soon to be 2 stayed for a week here and had an amazing time. Staff were always available to help without delay and the building and location was perfect as almost everything was a working distance and from our balcony we always saw tourists from all over taking pics of the main building entrance as well. Just a shame we went in low season otherwise would have loved to used the pool as well. Would recommend to anyone x

My boyfriend and I stayed in this hotel for six days and took our flight back early in the morning on the seventh day. What can I say about our time here? It was absolutely awesome! On our first day, we had a super friendly welcome at the reception. As our flight was delayed, we were afraid that we would not get dinner anymore. Dinner time was until 9 PM, and we arrived at 9 PM, so basically too late, but they told us it is no problem and cooked a very delicious meal for us! The room was beautiful, and the cleaning service came every day. At breakfast and dinner, the service staff did an excellent job. They were fast, always friendly and everything tasted very good. Especially the service chef Orhan was the best. Despite the much work that had to be done, he was always in a good mood and listen to every need and answered all questions. We were very pleased and absolutely recommend the hotel!

Great accommodation. The flat was spacious and clean. The surroundings very peaceful, secluded and beautiful. I would have given 5* if it wasn't for the fact that they don't monitor their guest and a couple of "disturbance" incidents happened with drunk holiday makers. The breakfast buffet is very tasty with a good variety of very fresh food however I would not recommend paying for the evening buffet because it lacked the same variety of choice.

Room 342- I stayed at this hotel for one week, this included breakfast and dinner. Service, food and staff were amazing. Thank you for the kind and welcoming service, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and look forward to visiting in the future. There was decent sized pool and other good facilities such as shops and restaurant. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk which is extremely convenient. Thank you for everything and please let the boss and staff know that we are extremely grateful to making our stay better.

Disappointing Experience. I was really looking forward to staying in this hotel. I had stayed here in 2008 and I had really fond memories of the hotel so I decided to stay here for my honeymoon as well. Unfortunately it did not live up to its expectations this time. We checked in at night but were not given the room we had booked in the main heritage part of the hotel. Instead we were given a room in the new apartment block which was very average and like any other dingy air bnb. The night manager on duty was unhelpful and did not entertain any requests of allotting to us the room that we had booked claiming that they were all sold out. If this was true it was very wrong of them to overbook. The following day we realised she had lied to us. The hotel was totally empty. We finally managed to shift into the room we had actually booked but I will definitely not stay in a place that does this and hassles the guests to shift rooms. The hotel is a very pretty heritage property, that was the reason I decided to stay here. The breakfast was very minimal and I did not like it. Based on the customer service I experience at this hotel I will not repeat it on my next visit. A side note to the people for whom it matters - the Heritage rooms do not provide tea coffee makers in the room.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
