        Very bad customer service. The staff needs training to handle customers and understand customer needs. The staff lack commitment and transparency when dealing with customers. Such a bad sight to see the left over food containers under the nearby table after you finish your snacks and waiting for your lunch. The toilet water was freezing cold. No paper towels inside the toilet so that one could dry hands at lease to dry hands immediately after washing thus reducing the freezing cold water affect in your hands. No separation for ladies mosque. No separation for ladies toilet, in both of the toilet facilities for ladies the gents toilet was in an arms length thus no privacy for ladies at all. No lady attendant for the ladies toilet. So many stairs to climb up or down thus you have to be young and strong to brave all those stairs. No handrail on the stairs for support to those in need. No serene environment at all because the dog at the entrance barks at you which is frightening for the bravest of us all, and this is not welcoming at all when entering a high end restaurant after 3 hours of treacherous driving. No proper parking facility. No access ramp or any other facility for the people of determination (handicapped people). Not recommended for families and singles to shell out your hard earned money going this far where many of the basic services don’t even exist.

        We went twice in 2023 and both times the experience was fairly comparable. Stunning views from the resort. Great food. Enjoyed walking up while enjoying the lovely views from main Nathia Gali bazaar (and we did with little kids - a pat at the back). The resort has a lot of animals (caged) that the kids really enjoyed seeing. During summer time it was pretty crowded and we sat wherever we found space whereas in winters we had the luxury to pick. The weather in summers was pretty pleasant and comfortable in while winters was super cold. Regardless, I enjoyed more in winters.

        Recently we have had an opportunity to explore Alpine Hotel and Resort for a weekend getaway and we loved it. The hotel is located in a beautiful forest area, surrounded by nature and tranquility. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was cozy and clean. We also enjoyed the food at the hotel's restaurant. It was delicious and well-prepared, with a variety of dishes to choose from. The only downside was that the portions were a bit small for our appetite, but the prices were reasonable. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and romantic escape.

        Hello. I had lunch today at Alpine Hotel and resort Nathiagali. Food was not fresh. As a result me and family got upset stomachs and belching till next day. Very high prices. It was astonishing that so high price of food and such high rated place and serving rotten food. Disappointing indeed.

        A great resort at a great location. Loved the innovative idea of having tables on tree tops instead of cutting down the trees (which unfortunately most of the Restaurants in Pakistan love to do). The staff is very helpful and welcoming. The restaurant's food is good enough. I absolutely recommend visiting with family.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
