We got the double-bed room. Room was decent but the shower was extremely small, also there's nowhere to hang your clothes/wet towels. You got a nice balcony, and there are public area where you can cook, eat, etc (perks of it being a hostel). The lobby/reception is inside (shared) with another hotel -- seems to be their sister hotel. Checkin and checkout was easy with the online web they provide. Price is decent for Switzerland standard, I suppose. Location is nearer to Interlaken West, so it is around 10-15 mins walk to the city center.

Great clean hostel. Comfortable beds. Best location and view even from rooms and common area. Super useful kitchen. Highly recommend. One of the better hostels Ive stayed in.

Good shared kitchen, clean individual bathrooms in the common area. Self check in was easy enough but towels cost $5 extra. Very easy to access public transportation. 6 bunk room had lights and chargers for each bed but squeaky springs and no air conditioning.

Location is the best feature about this hostel. You'll not regret the choice of that is one of your top priorities. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The only issue, as mentioned in other reviews, is the availability of washrooms. I am early riser so never had a busy washroom problem, but I can see why that would be an issue for most people. All in all, a great place to stay for 2-3nights.

Expensive breakfast, squeaky beds, very few bathrooms per guest (4 for 3 floors), usb disappeared after housekeeping came to clean, dryer doesnt work (took 3 rounds, 5 franks each, big sad, much broke) Nice deck

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
