Great location, very kind and helpful staff, great food and view in Vinaigrette. Great food and interiors in AlQasr Garden. Very good value for money. Beds could be updated to be more comfortable but was fine. All the staff were friendly and very professional. Definitely would recommend both of the restaurants Vinaigrette and AlQasr Garden.

The rooms have no AC, so I have the window opened wide with no screen. The room I have tonight has one half roll of toilet paper. No wash cloths to shower with. No outlets to charge phone or computer. I would not recommend this hotel at all. Who doesn’t have AC?!! Terrible

We stayed 3 nights and we really enjoyed our stay. Our room was excellent, very cleaned and comfortable and had a terrace where we could relax. Everybody was very friendly and very helpful at the bar and the restaurant in the mornings and evenings . The food options at breakfast and for dinner were very varied, tasty and good quality products. We would certainly stay again at this hotel!

The hotel is not near to the airport but more located around Amman Shumaysani district. It is about 30 min drive from Amman international airport. We arrived around 5am and there was staff at the reception to welcome us. The porter also helped to unload the luggage from the car. The room is simple and basic, comes with essentials such as shower, comfortable bed and kettle. We had a good rest for a couple of hours before checking out of the hotel to go to our next destination. Next time can consider staying for more nights here. Street parking is free.

We arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning, and check-in was quick and easy. The room itself was generous in size, when I'm on holiday all I tend to look for is a comfy place to lay my head preferably with a decent bathroom, and this hotel more than fit the bill. The hotel is located in a quieter part of the city, so if your main destinations are the tourist attractions, there are probably closer options. The buffet breakfast selection was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We frequented the restaurant on the top floor of the hotel, Vinaigrette, and the Trattoria on the ground floor, both with good menus. I'd highly recommend the sushi at Vinaigrette; also, the panoramic views from here enhance the experience. Vinaigrette offers a 15% discount to hotel guests, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, this is a good hotel with great staff, and I'd happily visit again

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
