Great little hotel in the heart of Santiago. No frills rooms, but super comfortable and quiet. Amazing service from the staff…the afternoon manager went out of his way to assist in recovering a delayed bag stuck out at the airport.

Hotel Altiplanico is a good hotel, but nothing special. Rooms are fine, but beds are not the most comfortable. Wifi is downright unusable in the rooms themselves. Breakfast is fine for the small size of the hotel, but it is only scrambled eggs, various breads, and fruit. The location is great for the Museum of Fine Arts and walking around the street markets in Santiago, but not for much else.

Great find directly across from the museum. Comfortable bed, very clean, quiet, great WiFi, really good breakfast. Best of all was the incredible staff. Extremely helpful, kind, and friendly. I hope to come back!

I did not book the hotel but my travel agent had booked it. It is not a hotel but more like a B&B. There are three floors but no elevator except for the luggage. It is not good for people with climbing difficulty. The steps are very creaky. The bathroom could be better. The sink is outside the bathroom. But whatever bad I have said above was more than made our stay very likeable and comfortable by the excellent service by all the employees, especially by Gabriela Chihuaucura. She was fantastic in all respects for all the three days we stayed. Overall, the other great thing is the location. Everything is almost walking distance - restaurant and tourist attraction

My wife and I had a great week’s vacation at the Altiplanico. Magdalena at the front desk was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful - we deeply appreciate her. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast each day was an assortment of meats, cheeses, fruit and pastries … great coffee and juice. Location is superb for those who want to be in the heart of the city. Highly recommended!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
