We had the most wonderful stay at the Altis Avenida Hotel. We arrived early after an overnight flight from the US, and the staff kindly checked us into a room. Our room was cozy and had incredible views of the neighborhood. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The rooftop restaurant was exquisite. Delicious food in an elegant and beautiful atmosphere. Every staff member we interacted with was beyond professional. Wish our stay was longer. Can’t wait to return.

Its very very nice with the service & people, one of the best hotel in my eyes. Luckily i meet someone inside who is doing Internship on kitchen. By the way, I wish to recommend them if they open a special kitchen about to halal food... It could be more easy for Muslim people specially.

Spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities you could ask for, they provided a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. I enjoyed the stay here. It was our first time in Lisbon. The staff were very friendly and made sure they attended to our needs very quickly. Rooms were very nice and as promised with a great view. The hotel is in a very central location and has easy access to both metro and trains to Sintra. There is a Starbucks right across the street. The streets around are always full of people even late at night and feels very safe. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were incredibly friendly, we arrived early and they found us a room so that we could head out for the day. The location is absolute perfection, in the heart of the city centre/ taxi rank/ metro all easily accessible. Our balcony overlooked the main road which was beautiful and provided a perfect spot for coffee and soaking in the city.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
