I stayed there for 8 days. It was amazing and beautiful place to relax. The rooms are clean and good quality, although the hotel is old a little bit. Nice and clean facilities. Very good business lounge. Good reception with comfortable seats. Great team members they are very friendly, helpful and available all the time. I would like to specially thank ms. Patricia santos she was great per To deal with and she helped us allot. Good and delicious restaurant and the breakfast was good. Location is excellent and almost near to any thing and it’s in safe quiet area. If I ever back to portugal 🇵🇹 it will be my first choice to stay in.

I came to stay here for 5 days at this hotel during Christmas time. The hotel is close to the city center, not too far to walk, considered quite convenient. The hotel has a gym for exercising, open 24 hours. Hotel also has Swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna. I went to eat at the hotel restaurant. I ordered shrimp for appetizer and rice with cod for the main,but I wasn't full so, I ordered more chicken with french fries and tomato salad. My boyfriend ordered cheese and chicken and there were fried, but no tomato salad. We asked if they forgot the salad for the chicken, but the employee was indifferent😌. Breakfast here has quite a few options and is a small buffet with different bread and different sausage with 3 different salads with tomatoes, cucumbers and wilted salad. The staff will add 5-7 eggs at a time, hard-boiled eggs,cold pancakes 🥞 and ham that has been on the buffet for a long time until it is dry and there are more than 70-80 guests coming to eat breakfast. I tried ordering egg omelette and it took 20 minutes because the staff forgot. Hotel accommodation and service for the Hotel I give 5 stars, for breakfast I give 3 stars, should be improved to be suitable for the hotel and service.

The porters, receptionists, and concierge provided excellent service, offering helpful suggestions for nearby activities. The gym and swimming pool were well-equipped. The room was spacious, and the housekeeping service was good enough, 8/10.

This hotel is our favourite - I always come back here every time I return to Lisbon. The staff, service and rooms are second to none - we are always made to feel welcome and looked after here and any request made is always catered to. I’ll be back again soon!

We stayed for 3 nights at this beautiful hotel last week and enjoyed our time from check in to check out, the very friendly staff, very clean rooms and spa, good service and excellent location. A wide variety choice of breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel if you are heading to Lisbon.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
