        We are a family of four and booked a two bedroom apartment at the property for 5 nights. The apartment is extremely comfortable, great bedding and large rooms. The location is phenomenal, right in the heart of Lisbon and for the location, the price was fantastic. Very reasonable onsite garage parking is also available. The staff are very courteous, warm and efficient. The only drawbacks I can find, which are relatively minor, is that the lighting is quite dim in the apartment and automation switches are a little complicated. The breakfast is quite simple and could do with a little more variety. Overall, for a family or large groups, I would never hesitate to recommend this property. It is great value for money

        The Altis Prime hotel was a lovely experience for us. We stayed some nights over Christmas in a studio apartment, and loved everything. Location was perfect, very near the main Avenida da Liberdade and Marques de Pombal square, with two different metro lines (the metro is really quick in Lisboa, so it's easy to get around) and three different supermarkets a short walk away. Staff was 10/10, from the young employee who welcomed us to the older man who kept our luggage and checked us out in our final day in Lisboa, in perfect Spanish. We also loved that they brought us a fruit tray on our special day ❤️ The apartment is excellent. More spacious than we originally thought, the elegant design and comfort makes it a great fit for a couple's holiday. I was really pleased with the kitchenette - even if small, it has everything you might need to cater for yourself, which was especially helpful when you travel with food allergies. The bathroom is also really spacious and nice, with correct water pressure and temperature. We enjoyed every little detail in there: the bathrobes, the towels, the amazing smell of the soap - though some dispensers were broken and we had to switch them around. The mattress, bedsheets, and pillows were amazing, so soft and comfortable! We also loved the smart TV feature, with daily weather information and access to YouTube so we could play music every night for dinner. Small detail, but really made my stay special. Cleanliness was 10/10, safety 10/10 as well. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an apartment in Lisboa. I hope to have the opportunity to revisit this beautiful city in the future, and if that happens, I will definitely stay at Altis Prime again. Thank you for your amazing service and hospitality ❤️

        We stayed for several nights at this hotel in September. It was a terrific time! The rooms were clean, modern and highly functional. We specifically needed a kitchenette and crib for our baby and the hotel was very helpful on this front. The breakfast was plentiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel when staying in Lisbon.

        I had a great stay at Altis Prime Hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a nice and quiet street and with 15 minute walk you get to many restaurants and shops. There is a supermarket very close to the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped so it’s great for families who want to prepare food. The room service menu has many options and every food I tried was very tasty. The housekeeping team was fantastic. Thanks to everyone at the hotel who made our stay memorable.

        Room had food left over from previous guests, so that wasn’t a great start. Could do with more towels in the room. The worst issue was the internet and WiFi. It simply didn’t work! This was highly inconvenient as we were in town for a tech conference and we were all working as the entire work team was staying together. The hotel didn’t really take it seriously and one of them said it’s bad everywhere, so “good luck”. That wasn’t really helpful. If we knew before we would have booked somewhere else. We have stayed at two other hotels in the last couple of years and the internet was never an issue.
