Location, location, location. You’re in the heart of Innsbruck so everything is easily accessible. The area is quite busy, and we needed to open the windows to cool the room down as it was too hot. Our room overlooked the main walkway and it seemed almost like Vegas in which ppl never sleep; laughing, talking, yelling all night. What really amazed me though is how good the windows kept all the noise out (while closed). Impressive really as I've never experienced such noise-canceling windows before. The building looked as if it used to be a church or something, so the architecture was really cool in how they built the hotel around it. Beds and linens were comfortable. Rooms are a bit on the pricey side. The bar on the reception floor (top floor) is really nice. Decor is spot on. And it gets super super busy. We were not expecting that when we went back up after checking in.

This hotel is in a GREAT location! Right in the city center just a quick walk to restaurants, bars, bakeries, convenience stores, etc. Pros: - Great reception service and they even offer a welcome drink when you come in which is a great opportunity to sit at their beautiful bar with stunning views of the mountains and the city tower - Room was a great size - Bathroom was updated - Windows open! Nice to hear the city life outside and get fresh air - Nice size TV and it’s placed in a good spot to watch from the bed - Quality toilet paper - Nice blackout curtains - Outlets on each side of the bed - WiFi works very well Cons: - No refrigerator - Bottleneck to get to reception since there’s 1 elevator and reception is on the 6th floor - Bed was very uncomfortable. Noticeably sunken in on the left side (room 404) - Flat thin pillows - No enclosed spaces for storing luggage - No larger garbage for the main room (only small ones in bathrooms) - No desk

This hotel was exceptional. We love the way this 15th century building was restored tastefully and practically. Every room contained little surprises and pleasant aspects. The breakfast had the most variety of any we have seen in Europe and the service was impeccable.

Impressed by design, convenience and quality of service. We stopped in Innsbruck over night on our way to Dolomites. We had zero expectations regarding the hotel. However, we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. An unorthodox, modern design done well was a highlight. Super friendly staff welcomed with Prosecco. Rooms were spacious and super continent.

Loved this hotel! Beautiful location, service was very attentive and a lovely room. The breakfast was varied, fresh and had options. We liked to be in the old town but with modern decor. Definitely recommend.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
