Came here on 23 June, 2023. I was so satisfied, the hotel building is so luxury. As soon as you enter, there is a good fragrance in the lobby. The Receptionists are really really kind towards you and will recommend you places to tour. The rooms are fully 100% conditioned and beautifully set up. the view is also pretty. Their Breakfast buffet is to die for!! its Absolutely fresh and delicious! Their Other items on the menu are also pretty good. The swimming pool, the gym, everything is maintained and clean. Room service cleaning was very good. I had lots of fun in Altus hotel, and its such a good place for such a cheap price. Definitely would recommend!

With kids, we stayed here from November 23 to November 26, and I have to mention that this hotel offers the best deal around. The receptionist and hotel employees are all very helpful. It comes highly recommended for individuals looking for quality lodging at a lower cost. However, you should never eat at their so-called Pakistani Indian hotel restaurant because the food is bland.

Chor ha scamers free massage ke bahane pora paisa lootega black mailers ,hotel manager involved with thieves to much scams with foreigners. They arrange a girl to talk with guest and the girl make complaint to the hotel management that the guest had done bad with me. They inform police about the whole situation and to get huge money from foreigners. In this scenario the police also on the side on hotel management to take part of money which they received from foreigners. And police says if you don't give money then we make police case against you. So be careful ,apne room ma mobile phone money nahi jorna thief ha all staff involved with specily manger involved in scams

Great value of 💰 money, staffs are friendly and helpful.,rooms are big . They should keep a kettle , complimentary coffee tea in each room and should change the shower and tap coz it's old. But I highly recommend this hotel. Thanks to Mr. Elnoor and Aidan.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
