        One of the worst experiences I had around the world. When I got there, I was very kindly welcomed by a lady and a guy, they were super nice and outgoing. I was moving out so I had a lot of luggage, they didn’t have any elevator to the third floor but kindly offered to help me. At that point since they were so nice, I didn’t even care. On our chat with this lady, she asked me when was my check out, and I said I had to catch a flight at 6:30 so I would be leaving around 1:30 to 2:30 pm, and she said “of course, you can leave at any time, but we wont be here to help you with your luggage”. I didn’t really care at that point since everything was going smoothly. The next day, around 12 pm, a lady started bumping at my door vigorously and saying “check out check out” I came out and try to explain to her but she didn’t speak any english so she called someone. This other lady over the phone started telling me to leave right now, and that she didnt care about what her colleague said to me, stating she didn’t know any better because she is new (as it was my fault/problem, instead of fixing it for me 🤣, unbelievable at this point). She said that I had to paid to stay longer, which I AGREED to, but she wanted me to give cash to the cleaning lady, and I didn’t have any, so I offered to go to their office and pay with my card which she said NO, and asked me (not kindly) to just leave the property. Not only i had to leave super fast but at this point not having an elevator for the 3 suitcase was bothering me. What gets me the most angry about the whole situation is that they blamed ME, for not reading properly (which is crazy because if the STAFF is telling you that you can LEAVE WHENEVER, what do I care about reading right?) instead of not training their new staff into giving the proper information to their guests. I was truly speechless when they kicked me out like that. Super harsh and awful treatment. And again, I didn’t mind paying, I was not given the right information, but they managed to blame it on me. Let’s not add the fact of the price for the room to all of this 🤣. I truly hope you don’t do this with all the guests.

        5 stars for the nice and helpful staff who exceeded our expectations to help us. Overall, it is a very comfortable apartment in a good neighbourhood with many eateries and supermarkets.

        Amazing cheap accommodation. Very large apartment style. So you get your own room and bathroom and then everyone has access to the large kitchen. If you want to stay somewhere where you can cook. This is the place. Plus it was as clean as it could be! 10/10 would recommend

        Perhaps ok for the price, but unfruendly check-in experience, unclear that this happens across the road, could be more clean, noise from the bathroom and from the street. In summary, we didn't really get the rest we were looking for.

        Booked via Expedia. Money taken, check in would not be allowed . Refund refused. Happy to take the booking, but equally quick to not allow check in past 10pm. As a result , booking wasted and no refund offered.
