The best experience stay at this hotel. Very good location. Staffs are so nice and friendly from the receptionists, waiters/waitresses to the buffet breakfast, especially Kemal and other names that I don’t remember their name. They efficiently arranged airport transfer for us, helped to carry our bags & escort us to the room after checked-in. Will plan to come here again. Kudos to all staffs involved for the best service provided.

I had a great experience in this hotel. All staffs are kind and nice. Actually, there was a small problem caused by other guests, but they managed the problem really well. Thus, I was able to enjoy my time in Istanbul. Breakfast is also really nice and the location of this hotel is absolutely perfect. I will choose the hotel if I visit Istanbul again.

I booked this hotel after read the good review and yes , the review is legit and I get same experience as written by others . Kemal so nice , and cheerful person , my dad likes him. Other staff in this hotel are so nice and they always giving us a beautiful smile. Me and family was stayed at Exclusive Connecting Room on 15Jan for 3nights . We can see the beautiful Blue Mosque from our room. The room was pretty classic and feel like home, complete with the housekeeping. The hotel area are near with all the Istanbul main attractions and accessible by walking distance. I like the breakfast , where I can try and taste Turkish breakfast with beautiful Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia view. Definitely I will recommend this hotel to other family members and friends when they want to visit Istanbul. Me come again ? Yes!

Probably the best yet beautiful hotel we stayed in Istanbul. It’s our first time visiting Istanbul and this hotel is perfect. It’s really located opposite of Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Having breakfast with breathtaking view of the Blue Mosque was a plus point. The location, the room, the service, the chef, the people working at the hotel. Everything was wonderful. I 100% recommend to stay here if you are new in Istanbul. Look for Kemal Pasha. The most genuine, kind and fun person at the hotel.

We booked the room to stay one night .when we arrived the hotel to check in the manager is not there so we have to wait him more than 30 minutes after he came back he told us our room is not ready. the people who stay that room still didn’t check out so he told us to transfer another nearby hotel but we decided to do not going another hotel. this is very annoying .we told him to sort out it because this is not our fault they didn’t respect us. they are so rude even they didn’t ask apologies. We have been so many place but This this is our first time bad experience finally they give us room from 1 floor we are not happy the worst time ever.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
