the hotel welcomed us warmly with always helpful and friendly staff. the rooms were good, stylish and spacious, featuring a small yet nice balcony. situated in a local area, dining, shopping and entertainment options were somewhat limited. it's close to public transport (silom line). however, our connecting room exposed us to neighbor noise, and the very hard bed and problematic / sticky bathroom door affected our overall experience.

This hotel is great, very quiet but it's a bit far from the center but that's okay, the hotel price is cheap which is a positive point I really like. but there was a problem when I was there: the bathroom drain was clogged and didn't drain smoothly. Here you must use good public services to reduce travel costs to the center. The staff were great, they were friendly and check out was extremely fast, I was extremely surprised. Thank you for the hotel's dedicated service

Not a 4 star hotel. Maybe in the past it was, not anymore. Most dirty hotel I have ever stayed. No hygiene standards. Hair on the bed and the floor when we first entered. And the bathroom is never scrubbed clean. We found little mould black worms on the floor of the bathroom shower. We asked to change room after we saw that. Still not so great or well cleaned. Did not have contactless card payment. First you entered the card and then the amount. This is the first time in my life I saw that. They never cleaned our room in 4 nights stay. Never came in the room for housekeeping. Breakfast very poor. One egg and some Frankfurt sausage. The ceiling was pooring water on the breakfast hall and they just put 2 bins to collect the water. Location very uncomfortable as there is Metro being constructed in the front and too noisy and dirty all day. The neighborhood is slum neighborhood, no Metro closeby as it is being built. Uncomfortable to go to the other side of the river where all the attractions are. They do not provide any toiletries. We asked for shampoo and shower gel and they gave us handwash. Generally the worst stay and most dirty from 10 hotels and 1 month of travelling in Asia.

SOS! READ BEFORE BOOK SOS! Before I start the report, please owner/social manager, don't reply with automatically message "we apologize for..." You did many times in the past, didn't changed at all. I have been stayed at a hostel better than yours 4*stars. 1st day: check in. (booked via booking), breakfast included, we had to pay the stay and we use contact less via phone, the receptionist (propably manager), with very poor English (all the employees), didn't know how to use the POS and with a rude mood said only the card (we paid extra fee to the bank). Went to the room. Foreign hairs everywhere, only big towels with holes, no shower gel and the inox of shower hasn't cleaned ever. OK.. 2nd day: down for breakfast, the room empty, nothing to eat. The girl wasn't informed about the included breakfast at our room and about 15 min she ran between the reception to find out (no English). Water from the upper floor dropped down. She went to the kitchen, didn't ask anything about what to eat or we serve that...brought just this plate, the toast was cold and dry (perhaps from early morning). At the afternoon we came back to the room waiting to find clean, tide up,shower gel? new towels and new bottles of water . NOTHING. I called the reception for new towels and shower gel because we were hurry. Long time, I went down and after all they gave me liquid handsoap for shower gel, OMG! . Shower time! Found small black WORMS on the floor of the shower. Never cleaned with detergents. Went to receptionist and show them pictures. After all, gave us new room, the same things but with no worms. 3th and 4th day NEVER CLEAN UP/GOT IN the room or reload the bottles of water. I had to take every time. The hotel's area is at poor side of the town, everywhere smells.

Poor location, my key card isn't working, so reception must open for me. The breakfast that is included is a joke. 1 piece of toast, 1 egg and a little sausage. No turn down of bed service either. Do not recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
