Spent 4 lovely nights at Amanda Hills. The room was clean, everything worked well, but the outstanding aspect of the stay was the hospitality and service I received. Prabath and Sunil were kind and helpful all throughout my time here - highly recommend!

I had a room with private balcony and bathroom. The room was clean, although without AC as that cost extra. Because of this, I had a little problem with mosquitos and there are no nets, so maybe next time I would get the AC. The owner and his son were very nice and went the extra mile with a string hopper and dhaal breakfast one day and a fruit platter the next. I enjoyed my stay here, and apart from one staff member, everyone was friendly and kind. There was a little noise from the school nextdoor, which was a pain while I was working. The food was lovely. I would come again.

Amanda Hills is located in Kandy, a 5-minute drive from Kandy City Centre shopping complex. It offers airport pick-up and tour arrangements. Free Wi-Fi is available at the rooftop restaurant. Featuring wooden furnishings, rooms offer a choice of fan or air conditioning. Each room has satellite TV, a fridge, and a private bathroom with a hot shower. Situated within walking distance of Kandy Lake, Amanda Hills is 5 minutes’ drive from Kandy Museum and the Temple of the Tooth. Colombo International Airport is a 3-hour drive away. Featuring views of the Temple of the Tooth, the rooftop restaurant serves local and international dishes. Guests can also order room service. Amanda Hills provides currency exchange, and fax services. Laundry and ironing services are also available. Adventure trekking and jungle camping tours can also be arranged.

We stayed one night in this Hotel and the staff was really nice, all clean, very amazing views and the best breakfast. The bed was really comfortable, definettly this Hotel deserve our 5 stars. For sure we recommend this place.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
