        I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a hotel that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction but fails miserably in practice. I had made a booking at this hotel several weeks in advance and, due to unforeseen circumstances, needed to change my reservation dates. However, the hotel's inflexible and unaccommodating attitude left me deeply disappointed. I strongly advise potential guests to think twice before booking a stay at this particular hotel. If you value flexibility and understanding from the establishments you choose to spend your hard-earned money on, then this hotel is certainly not the right choice. Their unaccommodating policies and lack of empathy towards customers are simply unacceptable. Save yourself the disappointment and frustration by seeking out a hotel that truly values your patronage.

        A disastrous New Year stay at AMANO Covent Garden. It started on the right foot, being a bit too early on our day of our arrival, the room was already ready. Checking-in is smooth and rapid (thanks to the app too). On our arrival we learned that the bar and roof top was booked for the New Year's Eve and consequently couldn't access it. Before going out on the 31st, we obviously wanted to take a shower, but there was no hot water. We reported the issue to the counter and our room's been occupied by technicians for hours... we came back late that night, the bathroom dirty of earthy foot prints all over the place. The hot water was there but gone by the next morning. We re-reported the incident on the following day, unfortunately nobody could fix it (bank holiday, no technicians, etc). The lady at the desk had the courtesy of giving us a temporary key of another room for us to take a shower... For 310£ the night (620£ total)... well it deserves its 2 star review. We received no compensation, no nice words, no apologies. We will never come back, and hope nobody will share the same experience.

        There is zero I can say wrong about this place. I wanted somewhere for my first solo holiday for my 50th. And this place did not disappoint. The room was perfect. The most amazing sleep ever. And couldn't hear any road noise. Wonderful products in the room - faultless. Beautiful food and the roof top bar is fantastic. The whisky range is sublime, but all of this pales into insignificance when you consider the calibre of the staff. They genuinely want you to have a great stay. They genuinely want you to be happy with element of your stay. I will never be able to thank you all enough. The bar staff made me laugh every night. And reception genuinely care that you have the best time in London. Thank you!!! I will be back!

        Rooms are quite spacious, modern and clean. Location is great in my opinion. Stayed here with 2 adults and two children. Only downside is the restaurant and bar which almost had a club atmosphere and could get quite noisy. Luckily we lived on the third floor and could barely hear it.

        We really enjoyed our stay. Room had plenty of space and the gold bathtub was super fun! Kelly at the rooftop bar was awesome!!! Our check in and out was seamless. Only hiccup was at the bar -I asked the new bar manager a question because he was sitting next to me. It seemed like he was “testing” new drinks. I asked what the bartender made and he was really rude. Could’ve been a fun interaction but no. Other than that we were happy and would stay again.
