It was my first trip to Korea. This hotel doesn’t allow early check in even it was only 45 mins to 3pm. I was carrying my sleeping 2 years old, the staff ask for 20,000 won if i want the room at 2:15pm. I couldn’t believe my ear also not sure if this is a culture in Korea. So we waited till 3pm for the room. Upon check in, no one there to help me with my luggages despite I’m alone handling my child, 2 suitcases and 2 hand carry bags. Horrible experience for my 1st day in Seoul. The hotel location is not superb nor the room is fantastic, the price is not cheap. Hotel lobby on 4th floor. Lost card will be charged at 10,000 won. Choose a better hotel for a better experience in Korea. I will never stayed in this hotel again.

It was a super long wait for the lady at the front desk to arrange the room keys and card ( about 20 mins then she asked us to sit at the sofa to wait ) I think more training is needed as she kept asking her colleagues to help with our check in as the system kept showing someone was already using the room that we were supposed to check in. They could’ve been more apologetic or gave us some water but they fell short of this hospitality. And also the walls are very thin here so noise travels easily.

Service is great and the room is comfortable with amble amenities provided. The downside are that the price is a bit high (180,000 WON per night) and the location is not as conveiencet as I expect since there is still a few minutes walk away from subway station.

The hotel itself is nice, standard rooms rather small, but good beds. Unfortunately the pool couldn't be used (whilst the weather was still ok in Soeul end of Sep/beginning of Oct). We stayed there 2 nights but could not enjoy the breakfast buffet as it was simply not available. The location is ok, 10min walk to the closest metro station, 15min walk from the action in Hongdae. The first night there was quite some noise in the corridor, but after asking the youngsters to be quiet, we could get back to sleep. The main reason why I am rating this hotel so low, is because they charged me 10.000Won because I lost the room key. The room key is just a card.... I cannot imagine it costs so much. So really feel ripped off. They simply took it out of my credit card, never signed anything to confirm. We travel a lot, really a lot and yes, it happened twice before that we lost our room key/card. We have NEVER been charged for that. Next to that, they also never told us at check in that there was a deposit or penalty if we lost the card. I really can't understand that a hotel, claiming being 4 stars, even dares to ask 10000won for a card to their customers, it’s not about the money, but the fact on how they treat customers. I feel ripped off and disrespected.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
