Really wonderful experience and excellent location as well. For starters, excellent service by the team. The front staff is really nice, especially Ethan Kim who served us upon check in. The hotel staffs greet you as you enter and leave the hotel, which isn't very common in hotels nowadays. Even the cleaners greet guests along the corridors. Only downside was I wanted to get a fork for my instant noodles at 11pm, called the room service, concierge but unfortunately no one answered. Room was great, no musty/moldy smell. Room size was excellent as well. It was huge, and the toilet was huge with a shower and a bathtub as well. Bed was really comfortable too. No renovation noises as well. Location was great, convenience store nearby, 100am mall just beside with lots of food for your meals (don't need the hotel breakfast actually, go for some kaya and toast by yakun, or other shops as well.) Overall great experience, for the price we paid was definitely a steal. Definitely would return if I could get the rooms at a deal again.

Currently Amara Hotel was undergoing renovation, so have to change lift at level 3 before can go to street floor. A bit small inconvenience..And currently no proper cafe for breakfast, using function room. But staff were trying their best to arrange seating for different guest group.

The location of this hotel is very convenient. The equipment of the gym is totally new and complete. I especially appreciate the great service from their staff Raymond and Siti to make my SG trip fantastic. Must come back here again.

I had no information about the renovation of this hotel until we heard a loud noise at 2am. I kept calling to complain to the receptionist, but all the information I received back was: "it's a noise from upstairs". There was no apology at all. I had to go upstairs to check myself and discovered a construction site up there. The noise was really terrible and continuous all day until late at night, even though the hotel announced that renovation would only take Place until 9pm. It wasn't until midnight of the second day that the receptionist had a solution to completely resolve the noise. The lobby is always noisy and has a very bad paint smell. I will never book this hotel again.

The hotel is old. The mold smell is quite strong when elevator door is open at the room floor (11th). And I had nowhere to hide from the mold smell in the room too. The smell is especially strong when the air conditioning is on. Room renovations are aged too. Overall not a hotel I would like to stay again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
