One thing I must say is that for a self catering accommodation, the cooking facilities are minimal. One hob. No oven no grill and on arrival, there was a frying pan and one very large cooking pot .Also a kettle and an espresso coffee machine. Cups and saucers. Knives and forks, yes but we had to ask for other stuff. Our host,Anastasios did his utmost to help with our requirements. He kindly provided us with a toaster and sharp knife on request. I have nothing but praise for him. He was very much an absolutely wonderfully consciousness and considerate young guy and by no means do my criticisms fall on him. We arrived out of season. However we felt that for what we paid,although the property was clean and the maid and house keeping were excellent. The cooking facilities do need to be seriously reviewed for future guests. Over all the staff are excellent, but ,as afore mentioned, at the price, basic self catering equipment, need to be brought in to line. .Not rocket science! Best regards, Paul Turner. September, 2023

The service and the villa was great the location was great as well and easy to reach, the only thing is that so windy we didnt enjoy the pool because of all time windy weather in that area. Everything else was just perfect.

Our stay was awful. We booked the one bedroom villa with private pool but then we asked for an upgrade to a bigger villa with 2 bedrooms and they asked for 100€ extra per night. When we entered the villa it had an awful smell coming from the bathrooms and they said that it would go away after we use the bathroom but it never went away. The villa was so dirty and there were mosquitoes and bugs everywhere, the pillowcases had bugs inside of them and all over the villa full of bugs. The villa had a terrible smell and it gets worse everyday. Efi, was nice & friendly but she was the only person to contact if we needed anything and sometimes (in cases of emergency) she doesn't reply to our calls. If you're looking forward to spend your vacation this is not the best place.

We spent 3 nights in one of their 1 bedroom villas and really enjoyed our stay! The house is exactly as the photos, very well kept, clean and comfortable. Efi was great as well. Thank you everything!

We had a great time, really nice quiet and peaceful place with beautiful view, 10 minutes drive from the city Suitable price 400€ for 2 nights at the last minute Great service by Efi, she helped us with everything we needed, tips, restaurant etc all with a huge smile on her face, we’ll definitely return

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
