One of the best hospitality by the hotel staffs. Regarding access card only accessible to your floor, you can ask receptionist to add other floors in case other members of your group is staying on diff floors. Would stay here again. Also they have 2 diff lobby, be clear to your grab driver if they're picking you up. Hotel staff can help translate to them. Great location as its near many famous malls but due to this theres always traffic jam in front of the hotel, need to plan otherwise will spend time waiting fr grab

Great place for those who likes to shop some good finds. Hotel is needs renovation. Our door was not closing well. The key card is so sensitive to magnets. The breakfast needs to be improve including the food served for our evening event

Beautiful hotel right in the heart of Bangkok city only a 40 minute drive away from the airport straight into Thailand’s busiest city, shoppers delight with all sorts of retail surrounding this elegant 5 star hotel. The service here is excellent from Liza in the gourmet breakfast buffet with her stunning ear to ear grin to Sin in the bar of the pool with his spectacular drink service and great attitude. The Amari Bangkok is a simply perfect location for your trip away to Thailand :))

From the beginning of our entrance to this place everything is just beyond our expectation. All the staff are very friendly and goes above and beyond. We came here to spend our honeymoon and we are extremely happy we did! Thank you for all the staff that look after us for our special stay here in Amari Bangkok. Thank you for the special treat and a very sweet farewell upon the checkout. We’ll definitely come back again! Once again thank you for all the staff ❤️🙏☺️

I was attended by Karen and I have to say that she is very thoughtful and patient throughout the entire process and attended to our request for a connecting room! The rooms are very spacious and clean! I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Bangkok!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
