One of the best Place I have ever seen. I am really surprised. You can come too. You can see their service. Every person is very elegant and polite. Really like their buffet way. There are multiple reasons why you should like them 1) Every one of their employees is very flexible and helpful which will surprise you. 2) You will get quality products as per your requirement. 3) Food quality especially their dessert section is amazing. 4) On the spot grill is another add on Me and my family had a great time

This is a great place to stay for visitors to Dhaka. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. The hotel also has a restaurant that serves delicious local cuisine. Overall, I would highly recommend them.

Title: Exceptional Service and Fantastic Rooftop Bar - A Memorable Experience I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say that the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was treated like a VIP, and the level of service I received throughout my stay was truly outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my visit was taken care of. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive assistance with my luggage, their professionalism and attention to detail were commendable. It was evident that they genuinely cared about providing a memorable experience for their guests. One of the highlights of my stay was the rooftop bar. The ambiance was simply breathtaking, offering stunning views of the surrounding area. The bar staff were knowledgeable and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The selection of drinks and cocktails was impressive, and the quality was top-notch. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the evening. We had a wonderful stay. The room was beautiful and the location was just great. We walked to many things, but public transportation and tours were also close by. We would certainly stay there again next time we are in Rome.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
