Fairly new. Tried this out for its ratings. Soon as we entered the lobby, it already stood out compared to similar rated hotels. We stayed in the Deluxe King Room and it was almost the same as the photos compared to the other hotels. It was very comfortable that's why whenever we go to KL, we would book this most of the time. The breakfast included was also very good as it had a wide range of selections and you would feel like it was really worth it. Gave 4 stars to the rooms as all the time we stayed here, the view is facing the office buildings.

We stayed at Amari Kuala Lumpur in a Deluxe Twin room for 2 nights. It was splendid! Firstly, special thanks to Misha from the Front office/reception. She is one of the nicest and polite hotel staff I've come across, who genuinely cares about serving the guests well if they need anything and helped me organize a birthday surprise for my mum at the hotel which meant a lot to both my mum and myself. She did it with little to no instructions and arranged it nicely, just as I had intended it. I wish her well and hope she gets the recognition she deserves from the hotel management. Even beyond her, the hotel staff in general were all attentive and welcoming from the concierge to restaurant staff. This is aside from the excellent Deluxe Twin room that is elegant, spacious, well equipped and most importantly for us clean. Food was flavourful yet not too spicy, fast reasonably priced and convenient room service and the breakfast buffet had an extensive spread. Prime location with access to two major shopping malls and nearby KL Sentral. We were considering other 5 star hotels for our stay but glad we chose Amari KL because of our positive stay at Amari Watergate Bangkok years ago. Definitely recommend Amari KL and would love to return sometime.

I booked a superior room and a deluxe room for a normal weekday holiday for both me and my parents (to avoid traffic jam). The size for both rooms seems similar, so I recommend those couples who want to book this hotel can just consider a superior (much cheaper) rather than deluxe. The room is quite comfortable and very clean, with super king size bed. The location of the hotel is good and convenient, as it is just a 10min walk to The Garden and Midvalley malls. There is also a modern style lounge same floor with reception (ground floor), which serves cakes, beer and wine, tea and coffee (last order 10:30pm). For parking, the hotel has their private multilevel parking lots (multiple entries with MYR 5 per day for hotel guests).

Clean and well styled room. Helpful and warm staff . Amazing location. Special feature is their buffet breakfast. Amazing spread. Keeping all dietary preference in mind. Being vegetarian I had enough choices to enjoy. Their chefs are very kind and accomodating. Special mention to their head chef (i forgot the name sorry) & chef Faisal . Always taking care of the regular clients.
