I recently booked the Amari Exclusive Club, and it was a satisfying experience. The private check-in desk is a real convenience, quick and comfortable, with friendly staff making the process smooth. Staying in the exclusive club means you get to enjoy breakfast on a private floor. It's a quieter setting, though the variety isn't as extensive as what's offered on the 3rd floor. The afternoon tea is a nice touch, offering drinks and snacks in a relaxed atmosphere. Plus, the free-flow drinks during dinner are a highlight, with a good selection to choose from. For those with kids, the water park and kids club are decent and provide some good entertainment for the little ones. Overall, my stay at the Amari Hotel was enjoyable. It's a good choice if you're looking for a bit of extra comfort and some exclusive perks during my stay.

There are 2 buildings in the resort,and we stayed in the suite building,great value for a group of people,each room was big,and got its own bathrooms. The welcome snacks were thoughtful. Due to the eco friendly, water was provided in bottles,and can be re-filled by asking. Beds were huge and comfortable,soundproof was good. Breakfast was great,got variety of dishes.Dining tables were placed with enough space,which is nice. Even though it is a kid friendly resort,there is a quiet zone for adults,that is fantastic. Location is perfect,next to Terminal21,and just in front of beach side.

We stayed there for family vacation and I was disappointed for the bathroom sink is moldy. You can tell that it’s been awhile since they properly cleaned it. The breakfast buffet selection was phenomenal, tho. So many food choices. Different stations, offer different cuisines. Location wise, it was great. Walking distance to the beach. Close to almost everything. My niece and nephew had fun in the swimming pool.

Everything is beyond expectations! Check-in / out and room services were speedy. The water park is amazing! My kid loved the kids club where it is attended by very friendly staff who led different activities daily, the hand painting was a blast! Room is so super clean! Just one stone throw to the beach, and a short walk to Terminal 21 with loads of food and shop choices. I stayed in a lot of 5* hotels for both work and leisure, Amari Pattaya is one of the very few that I really want to come back again.

Top notch service at Amari Suite Room. My nieces and family had a wonderful time, and we enjoyed our stay experiences at the hotel. The hotel has so many things to offer guests. They are well-located, where it is easy to access the beach & restaurants, excellent family-friendly accommodation!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
