This hotel is splendid! Great hospitality, staffs were always available and met all are requirement without any waiting time. They ensured to provide all toiletries without even having to ask. We had their premium deluxe room with a jacuzzi in the balcony facing the beach view, loved it! As our flight was at night we had kept our luggage in the locker room and gone for water sports… upon return they even provided a decent room for freshen up. Thais Food at the restaurant ( beach facing) was delicious. The hotel is a little away from the city, kinda secluded, it’s recommended for those wanting to unwind, relax and disconnect from the busy hustles…

Very nice hotel , very well maintained and elegant. Beach is small and not particularly fascinating. Prices are high for any service but services are high level. Swimming pools are super nice but more decorative than usable… plenty of stairs to keep you fit!!

The resort was all and all a very nice place. Beautiful view. Food was good. Beach was nice. Pool was great. The service was OK at the restaurants and beach/pool. The bar and restaurant staff were very nice and accommodating, but I feel they were severely understaffed. They were working hard, but I felt proper management or direction wasn't there. We did see one manager come through, but she seemed to be more worried about the place mats on the table than the service. The rooms were very nice. It was what you would expect from a nice resort. The resort is quite far away from it all, which is what we wanted. It was still convenient to get transportation to wherever you wanted to go. It is about 45 minutes from the ferry pier and almost an hour from the airport due to traffic and construction. The landscaping, exterior tile/hard scaping and some of the exterior finishes needs attention as well. It is showing signs of its age. I would recommend this place, but it just doesn't have the finishing touches to be 5 star. We did enjoy our stay!

Poor management and bad service. I was part of a group of two couples; we booked two identical rooms for our holiday. Upon arrival one of the rooms was upgraded to "deluxe" while the other one was way below expectations. The second room was so small it could hardly fit two persons even without unpacking their luggage! It looked more like an annex with a toilet rather than a regular room. It didn't have any opening windows so we were unable to get fresh air except by keeping the door open. The slippers in both our rooms were not single use and were already dirty. Only part of the staff was speaking English and even small requests like ordering something at the beach or solving an access card issue were problematic. I would not recommend this hotel unless everything else on the island is booked.
