        A perfect budget hotel in Kemang area. Well maintained property, everywhere is clean even though not spotless. All facilities are still in working order. Staff are all helpful, nice, and friendly. As usual, despite being a budget option, Amaris still provides a pair of slippers and two bottles of mineral water. Drinking glasses are more than enough (which can be filled bottomless with mineral water from one of the water stations on each floor). What I like the most is the lighting is bright inside the room. Breakfast offerings are average for its class but it's enough for you to get through the day. Location wise, it's quite strategic as it's within walking distance to Lippo Mall, round-the-clock minimarts are across the street, and street-food vendors are nearby. However, hot shower is just tepid. Shoutout to a staff on a morning of new year's day who was willing to help an old lady to fix her a toast during breakfast time. Never in my entire life have I seen a staff do that, even in the 5-star rated international chain hotel.

        This hotel located at Kemang, one of most luxurious area at Jakarta. I just attending training there. So I don't know about their hotel room. For training venue, this hotel provide adequate facilities with affordable price. But for my experiences, they should put hanger in their public restroom. That's only a cheap thing, but missing.

        The Lobby and the Reception are Okay. Their you can sit in a well tempered Place. The Rest of the open Room has no AirCon. The Sleeping Room was smal and dirty! The Bathroom has many Places with black mold, expecily the Shower. In the Night, it is very loud because the Hotel is very close to the Street and the Windows are thin. The Comercial for this Hotels are very nice but in the Reality it isnt.

        I tried to not complaining with no cold air con at all making me having trouble sleeping at nite. However, i was dissapointed the way they set the additional expensive cost because i accidentally break one glass. Its ok if i pay for that but pls be reasonable. Bad CS. Sorry to say.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
