        The hotel is good but there was a problem due to the reservation from booking. com . They did not give us the room as per the booking rate . They told us that after canceling the order, they gave us the room. We are in traped . At last, we canceled the order in booking. com, then we get the room said price. We stayed there for 6 nights and we were 15 people .

        The hotel is good but there was a problem due to the reservation from booking. com . They did not give us the room as per the booking rate .         Clean, tidy & comfortable rooms with clean bathrooms. The staff are quite attentive in guest's needs. Front desk & the whole team are friendly & very helpful. I moved to another room because the AC was not working towards the evening. One suggestion for improvement is perhaps having more variety in breakfast esp. for non-Indonesian guests who are not used to the spicy.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
