at first we arrived at the room, the AC is very dirty and also the bedsheets (even had weird stains). we asked for another room but they don't have the key (they said the key is missing) and offered another room which is in front of street and MRT line. i can't sleep all night long because the traffic was too loud and it feels like we slept on the street. but the staffs is helpful, and nice breakfast

A very strategic location for a budget hotel. Very close to the MRT station and very easy to get to book online transportations. The room honestly wasn't the best but it was very clean and cozy for solo trips, especially that I used the rooms to sleep (I mainly go out and explore) so that was never a problem. The check-in and check-out was practical and easy but the key to the rooms should be upgraded to the automated ones instead of the plug-ins. But anyway, it was a pleasure to stay here. I only wished the rooms had better view. P.S. Please check and maintain the AC Quality. Mine was working very well but the cover is the problem. Once it turned on it wasn't really cold, turns out that the air does not distribute because the cover was not opened 🤣 I had to duct-tape the cover myself so that it could be opened and the air wasn't trapped inside.

Stayed here solo for two nights in February 2023. I chose this hotel due to its prime location and proximity to the Blok M MRT Station. I previously stayed at NEO Hotel nearby—which I was satisfied with—but seeking to experience something new, I ultimately booked my stay at Amaris Panglima Polim. Do note that there are two Amaris hotels along the road: Amaris Panglima Polim and Amaris Panglima Polim 2. This hotel is the former; the latter is a bit farther. The room was as expected from a 2-star hotel: small with limited amenities, but just fine if you are only looking for a place to sleep. Bottled water, simple toiletries, and a safe were provided in the room. I was initally assigned a room at the 2nd floor but upon discovering that the room lacked natural light and cellular reception, I requested to move to another room facing the street. I was given a 1st-floor room. Noise insulation was virtually non-existent, but since I fell asleep easily, that was not a problem for me. This was the second time I stayed at Amaris hotels and in both occasions, I was rather impressed by the buffet breakfast offerings. Despite being a 2-star hotel, breakfast at Amaris was better than the ones in some other 3-star hotels where I have stayed at. Staff members were courteous and professional. [VERDICT] If you are only looking for a place to sleep and planning to spend you whole day outside, Amaris offers a great value with clean rooms and decent breakfast. However, if you are seeking for a relatively better room comfort and are willing to spend IDR 100k–150k more per night, you may opt for the nearby NEO hotel. Both Amaris and NEO are part of large hotel chains so you will be safe and the services are standardised.

First of all, it's located very close to Blok M Plaza and MRT Blok M station. If you happen staying with kids, there's a mini park, just around 5-7 min walk. I didn't really enjoy the room because it's small and pretty old but hey the price is also very affordable. The service is just unlike other Amaris, when I checked in to the room, the didn't provide any towel. I asked 3 times to hotel staff, the towel arrived the next day.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
