I spent 2 nights here. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The place is good, clean and cozzy. No tea nor coffee provided in the BR. I like the dining room, feel private although the food is ordinary home-taste. Health protocol is done well. It's better for the hotel to renew the towels, look like unwashed for years.

The room was outdated and not that clean (visible stain and cracks). The bathroom feel humid and not that clean and the exhaust not working properly. However the amenities was good enough . Nothing special with the food (just okay). The quality for the bed was okay at its price. Maybe okay for short one or two night stay or transit but not for long stay. However, The internet connection was good enough.

The room comfort, even the space not big, but for personal its good. The staff service nice, they polite. Its place close to Pasar Baru market, but you have to take motorcycle online or car to reach pasar baru market. The things is, this place is quite good for rest and Economical price 😉. You should try it.

I stayed in this hotel when I would joined DWP event at 2019 because this hotel is quite close to the venue at Jiexpo. My first impression is nice because the hoteliers are friendly and kind. My room was clean enough, but unfortunately my friend's bathroom is not really comfy because I think there was something broken with the faucet. So the bathroom was wet enough. About the price, this hotel is quite cheap.

We had a fantastic stay at the Amaris. Located at walking distance from the vibrant shopping street Pasar Baru. Especially the breakfast was excellent. Very diverse and healthy foods. Also the staff very friendly and hospitable. We loved it!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
