Good price, good location. Very near to minimarket, just 3 building next to it. There’s kuningan mall just infront of it. No toothpaste, toothbrush, shower cap, hair brush & hair dryer. Some moldy part in the bathroom & stains in the bedroom wall. There’s drinking water station in the alley.

Perfect location, in the middle of anywhere. Room is ok but not noise-proof.. In one night I can't sleep because of the noise from the highway. Seems like a road race outside Only has one lift, I experienced the the lift is out of service so i had to up and down from 7th floor.. For double bed, it joins 2 twin beds not large bed. There is no difference floor level between shower room and toilet, so water from the shower flows to the toilet, even from toilet to bed room only slight different floor level Food is standard, nothing special but no complaining of it Hospitality is very good from all staffs Price OK

This is a no frills hotel but is clean, and rooms, although a little small, are very comfortable. The hotel is strategically located right opposite Kuningan City Mall.This Mall houses many good eating places and coffee houses. The Mall is also home to multinational passport offices including UK which was my reason for going there. The hotel has a simple but adequate free Indonesian breakfast. The staff are helpful and friendly. There is also an Alpha mart very close by so everything is convenient. We took Damri and Gocar transport from the airport with no issues. All in all, a great 2 star hotel with value for money

I stayed here for 3 nights waiting for my visa. Friendly staffs, clean room, strategic location. Nice view from the hotel rooms. Very recommended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
