Dirty, stained bed sheets and not very clean bathrooms. Windows are not sound proofed so one can hear traffic from the road outside. The staff was friendly but overall infrastructure of the hotel is not so good.

Rude and unhelpful front desk staffs. Security and room staffs however were really nice, polite and accommodating. Room and place in general are quite dated. Our bathroom had stains in the sink and toilet bowl. The air condition leaked to the floor and the fan wouldn't work in any direction offered on the remote but downwards to the floor. Breakfast was quite tasty. Overall the biggest value of this hotel is probably the location.

Acceptable when travel with less expectation for enjoying hotel facilities. Clean & restful.. breakfast was not bad. Separate order made for 'soto ayam' with good taste & reasonable price. Management need to consider replace the towel with the new one.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
