Rooms were very nice. The total hotel was very neat & clean. Front desk people were very efficient. The juice bar & the swimming pool were standard. Foods were also delicious. All supporting staffs were active & gentle. The front area of the hotel was beautiful & clean. Finally, everything was enjoyable & mind blowing.

It’s not a hotel and definitely not 4 star. They don’t even give extra water bottle. The first room we got has a view of next door hotel and it had dead birds etc. very unpleasant. And after a long journey it’s really the last thing you need. The property is 1.5 hrs away from the airport. The staff is very nice and friendly. But the property itself is not that good. The rooms are old.. there is no proper charging point also!! No provision to dry wet clothes. The locality is ok.. close to beach and many shops around.

Me along with my wife stayed here and the room provided was big enough to hold 4 people. Though the view from the balcony wasn’t ideal. That compensated with the service, cleanliness, amenities and the location being close enough to Patong Beach, Bangla street, various food joints, night clubs and shopping areas

The location is awesome, very near to the beach. The night market, OTOP market, the walking street; are all within walking distance. Couple of indian vegetarian restaurants within 1km. But the rooms are quite average. Though, basic amenities like refrigerator, safe deposit vault, wardrobe, kettle, TV etc are all provided in the room. The hotel has 2 swimming pools: one near the lobby and another one on the rooftop. The rooftop pool was amazing. Overall rating: Just ok

I made a mistake and took a cheap room. Noisy aircon, thin walls, a Noisy water pump nearby. The staff are fantastic and very helpful. Swimming pools clean. Good location. Easy walking to everything a Thai tourist area should have. (Just not my style)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
