Today we should have gone in to spend 5 days, but for covid reasons, yesterday we had to return to our house to spend confinement. I understand that they don't want to give us our money back, but they haven't accepted a change of dates either. They won't even have to clean. Money without lifting a finger=€700 Empathy=0 I recommend anyone reading this before renting to keep this in mind. Know that consumer rights are null and void in these cases.

The location is good. You walk anywhere. It took us very close to the parking lot that we rented for the 4 days we were there. The apartment is spacious and the bed and pillow are very comfortable. It is not at all as perfect as in the photos or as modern, at least the one we had, but they are not bad at all. They leave towels and a bag of soap in the bathroom but I advise you to bring your own. There is also a hairdryer. They also leave a little bag in the part of the sink that I imagine has soap and scrubber; We don't need to use it so I don't know what there would be. There is a coffee maker (you bring the coffee), dryer and washing machine (you bring the soap), refrigerator and freezer. There are also kitchen utensils. Oil, salt, etc. you have to bring it yourself. There is a bakery right across the street that is brutal and the croissants are to die for, especially the ones folded inwards. The only drawback I have is that the bathtub needed 2 more cleanings because it was clean...it wasn't there but other than that, everything was correct. It's a bit of a pain to find the apartment but if you read the email they send you, they tell you exactly the apartment and the letter. We picked up the keys at one address but since we didn't arrive on time, we called and they quickly gave us another address. Very decisive and helping at all times. When collecting the key they made us pay a fee of 2 euros per person per day which was paid in cash. They will give you a key, if you want another one you leave a deposit and they will return it to you when you hand over the keys.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
