Our 5-day retreat at Ambassador in Paradise Resort was outstanding! Nestled in a serene corner of Boracay Station 1, the location was perfect – secluded yet close to all the action. The beachfront views were breathtaking, and the rooms were luxurious with comfy beds and spacious balconies. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, from the refreshing welcome drinks to the daily cookies and notes in our rooms. Airport transfers were seamless, and the breakfast selection was superb, especially the pastries and iced coffee. The team dinner was a highlight, with delicious food and a captivating fire dance performance. We can't thank the staff enough for their genuine hospitality. Ambassador in Paradise Resort truly exceeded our expectations, and we look forward to returning!

Got a great deal on a same day direct booking at hotel. The staff were very friendly and they were polite all throughout my stay. I booked another night coz I really enjoyed my stay. I especially love the loungers which was the best in station 1. They even provided a cushioned mat if you prefer to lounge closer closer to the beach. It’s less crowded in the area too and i enjoyed watching the sunset. Breakfast was good which was included. Other dishes were pricey for lunch and dinner but you can easily walk to other restaurants and bars. Over all I highly recommend this place and would def come back!

The best hotel we stayed in Philippines. Only issue, we booked deluxe ocean view room, but photos were not matching with booking photos. We spent 1 hour, they showed us different choices, none of them was not better then current. Next day they moved us to the room that we booked. Staff was very friendly and helpfully. Provides own sun beds on it’s own area which is very rare in Boracay. Hotel price is reasonable, compared to other stays with this comfort I could say this 5 star hotel even cheaper then 3 star hotels. But food is too expensive. And there is no alternative as it’s far from zone 2(as we worked remotely, done dinner in our lunch break and time was limited to go somewhere else) Location is very quiet loved it, 10 minutes walking you can go to mall and buy what you need. Overall this hotel will be my number one hotel if I stay again in Boracay.

Review is based on restaurant experience, Went there for dinner - place is right by the beach, amazing ambience, good food and good service. Although we struggled with the person serving us but it could just be a new staff or language barrier. I don’t mind that too much. Our cocktails were all different but it didn’t spoil the evening. The hotel looked liked a nice property, a bit different from the standard matchbox design of hotels. We plan to go back and stay there sometime. Overall nice experience. Recommend a visit, we will probably go back again.

We stayed one week with my family and was a great experience. They have a big playground for my son, the rooms are big, and good service. The pool is big and beach front. They don't have a healthy option for breakfast and the food in the restaurant during lunch and dinner is not amazing but you have full of options around. The massage spa was ok. But overall we will definitely repeat.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
