While the rooms were small , the hotel was definitely in the heart of the city right besides the main food track. The hotel also has a hammam bath attraction. Food was also good , except for the money exchange , all other facilities at the hotel was good enough.

Fantastically friendly staff, rooms are a little dark and small, not great views. However refreshing that they are cleaned every day. Big range of breakfast options but the same options everyday. Very repetitive

Very friendly and helpful staff. Beds are super comfortable. Good location shopping wise but to get to the main areas will have to walk up steep hills so not preferable for the elderly as taxis/Ubers give a hard time coming to the location.

Nice hotel that could receive much better valuation if some basic maintenance was done in rooms. Bed was excellent but there were many details that should have been fixed ages ago like curtains that were hanging only partially, shower that was leaking all over, light bulbs that were missing, hair dryer that wasn't working, etc. However I still recommend this hotel due it's great location and more importantly due the wonderful friendly staff.

Pros - Friendly staff, Organised our taxi for us for journey to airport Cons - Very focussed on making money in as many ways possible e.g. the taxi they booked for us charged an extra 70 Liras when he went via the non-toll route, stating this is the fee you need to pay. In the boat tour they recommended was horrific, the tour guide knew minimal English, the Breakfast offered on the boat was very plain, and they took us to one shop that was owned by the boat company. The shower handset was not fixated to the wall, and when I asked for it to be fixed or move to a room without a leak in the bathroom, they didn’t action it. It’s also just outside of the nice area in Istanbul so the neighbourhood is quite rough when you’re getting closer to the hotel

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
