Honestly one of THE BEST Hotels WE stayed so far. The private Pool Villas are huge and with sea View and All Things you dream of Like jacuzzi and even a Steam bath. A huge thanks to the great Hotel staff AS well. They treated us super nicely🌺🇬🇷😍definatelly recommended

An excellent place to stay to just relax or visit the islands of Santorini. The customer service was amazing, both prior to arrival and throughout the stay, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. All the staff, but especially Lola, were enthusiastic, happy and welcoming and seemed very knowledgable about what was on offer to see and do during our stay. The villas offer great value for money with all the facilities needed and more, and the decor was simple but charming. We made use of the spa facilities, which offered a really good massage service from a man and his colleague who go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. Due to the secluded location, which makes it a perfect getaway, it would recommend hiring a small car or quad bike if you want to visit the island. The signs from the main road on the east side of the island are small and easy to miss especially when going north so make sure you slow well before the turning. All in all would highly recommend this property for anyone staying on the island, especially those where two bedrooms and bathrooms would be useful.

This was the best place we stayed on our 14 day Greek and Italian vacation. The food was great, the service was perfect - they all really cared and always smiled, and the rooms were private with hot tubs PLUS the beds were SO comfortable (and I think king size by US standards). I wish every location I visited had an Amber Light to stay.

Our stay in July 2023 was amazing! The property is beautiful, clean and in a great location. Located in Imerovigli, it's close to Oia, short ride by scooter. The staff were AMAZING!! Great service, they even made a reservation for sunset dinner for us in Oia, last minute. Great breakfast options, and outdoor private pool was amazing, with a view of the water. Would highly recommend!

The room is nice, but the restroom and the private Jacuzzi on the terrace are absolutely beautiful! The breakfast included is very nice and the area outside to eat has wonderful views. THERE IS AIR CONDITIONING!!!!

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
