We stayed in Singah 1 at the Rainforest Retreat, and it offered the best view money can buy. The area was exceptionally quiet, and the service was top-notch. The staff took excellent care of us and engaged in friendly conversations. Honestly, their service was outstanding. Most of the staff were exceptionally attentive. Their service included room cleaning twice a day. During the second cleaning, they even replenished some beverages and made our beds in the evening. I have never encountered a hotel that tidied your room twice a day. Aside from the room service, the breakfast was truly fascinating. They used fresh ingredients, from their fruits to all the other items in their dishes. I personally loved the vegan breakfast, which was served with a great view. The food presentation was really good, and, better yet, the food was absolutely delicious. The breakfast felt like dining in a high-end cafe. I was genuinely impressed with our room, the services the staff provided, and the food. I don't have anything to complain about. My wife and I are actually planning to go back next year. It's a must-try experience.

The apartments are amazing. Each apartment is located in the forest which enables its guests to dive into the wonderful world of local animals, not to forget the nice sea view. The apartments are equipped with tea and coffee, soft drinks and water. The staff is really friendly and made our stay very comfortable. We even got a room upgrade due to construction works beneath our house. The hotel is located in a pretty touristic place. That makes it easy to find places a tourist’s heart is looking for like restaurants, shops, spas, etc. Unfortunately the hotel is close to a beach club which plays music almost the entire time. That can be a bit annoying if you are seeking for a quite place. During our stay there were some construction works going on. But this is just a small con as such works have to be done at some point.

We had such a great time at Ambong Rainforest Retreat. In the beginning there was a small technical problem. They did everything they could to fix it and made our stay unforgettable. The staff, the food, everything was amazing! Thank you so much!

Excellent place to stay, friendly staff. The food was really good and the surrounding was very peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were well-kept. The views from the room are fabulous. Must try the sunset dinner and the breakfast at the in-house restaurant. If visiting Langkawi will definitely stay here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
