I had a very nice stay at this beautiful Riad. It is one of the nicest Riads i have ever been. The interior is really chosen with big attention to details and material. You can tell that there is given a lot of effort into the very detail. The staff is super friendly and highly professional. From the moment you enter until the very last moment you leave, everything is taken care of. The rooms are stunning. The rooftop is beautifully designed and having the opportunity to enjoy the Moroccan breakfast at this lovely rooftop is just a personal dream come true. It was exactly what i imagined my Marrakech Vacation to be. I would have loved to stay again but it is highly demanded so unfortunately i couldn’t get a room at my latest visit to Marrakech. So be quick with your reservation, they are well booked. Location and neighborhood is really nice and also safe, i only gave one star less because it is a bit to walk to the main attraction and the Medina but in the other hand the taxi drop off is very convenient. All in all i can highly recommend you the Riad Ambre Epices.

A beautiful Riad in the heart of Marrakesh and stepping off point for the Medina. Everyone, from manager to restaurant staff and in between, are exceptional. They are dedicated to making your stay as pleasing and welcoming as possible.

Such a fabulous experience. We only stayed one night, but we enjoyed complimentary mint tea and sweets on arrival, we booked in for the hammam and massage, and had a wonderful breakfast on the rooftop overlooking the Marrakesh medina. The staff were all friendly and had good humour, and nothing was too much to help us to enjoy our stay.

Beautiful Riad in the heart of the city. Staff is very nice and helpful, we were a group of 4 women and we’ve always been treated in the best way possible. They offer also guided tours in Italian which I would recommend. Breakfast was tasty and the room was nice and clean, I would definitely recommend this place for a short stay like 2/3 nights!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
