Really great high tech room. I especially appreciated the universal outlets. Great storage capabilities even in the single room, well thought out. I never did have anyone clean my room in 5 nights there, even when I used the sign for it; not sure why but it wasn't a big deal as I didn't have special need for cleaning. Note that there is an elevator but you still have to manage a few stairs as in many independent European hotels.

The room is very correct and nice but a fridge would be good. But the concept of noone at the desk is very impersonal. Maybe some people don't pay attention, but it is a bit to cold welcoming for me. Sorry.

Very nice and clean small hotel in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Not too far from the centre. Many restaurants, bars, shops and other activities within a walking distance. The only slight annoyance is the blue light glowing from the electronic light switch by the door that turns on with the smallest movement at night.

The hotel is very well located, the beverage service is really top. Too bad that during my stay the automatic check-in machine didn't work, so it was a bit disorganized. I had to insist a bit to get a nice room, but they were understanding right away. Regarding the service, the man who cleaned our room was very nice, on the other hand one of the women with curly blond hair was not very nice but this is not what makes the hotel very well located and the services offered are correct.

Comfy hotel with great bed, nice terrace to sit put on Great coffee machine in the shared area. Great location and reasonable priced I will be staying again if back in Berlin

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
