Wonderful experience. Alex was extremely helpful with providing restaurant suggestions and making himself available by text with anything needed. Our room was clean, spacious and modern. Our rooftop view with jacuzzi was wonderful for watching the sunsets in the evening. We loved eating our breakfast outside each day with a view. Location is very close to everything in Fira. Highly recommend!

Stunning views, newer facilities, with a both generous and delicious breakfast, our stay at Amelot Art Suites was an incredibly positive experience. Walkable to downtown Fira, with restaurants and shopping aplenty.

The most perfect location, 500m away from main centre. Service / reception (Alex) outstanding, he really went out of his way to make us feel welcomed and helped us make the most of our time in Santorini. Rooms were to immaculate detail and cleanliness. Private hot tub. Breakfast brought to room at time you select, from a large selection of food and drinks. Highly recommend to stay here. You won't regret it.

Nice indoor and outdoor reception area. Really classy, clean, love the plants! Receptionist / steward alex was amazing. Really helpful and friendly. He introduced us to this Mama restaurant which turned out to be amazing! Breakfast was very homely and amazing- cooked by the Amelot team. I love it the most out of the whole stay. Room was great, but for the washroom, the shower water kept coming out of the shower, making the floor really wet during and after shower. The outdoor jacuzzi was filthy. Lots of sand or materials in the jacuzzi. We didn't use it at all. 😂 View from balcony were great but for the price we were paying, u could get better views at other hotels/studios. In the middle of Fira, up the hills. Location was good and quiet. Within 5 mins walk to the nice shops and alleys of Fira.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
