We loved our stay at the hotel and the staff were all very kind and professional. There are aspects of the hallways and room itself that remind you of the age of this hotel, but they've updated everything pretty well and we enjoyed our room. Our TV didn't have a power cord or a remote, which was annoying, but they did send someone right away to help us solve the issue, and we appreciated how attentive and quick they were to help us. The only parking option at this hotel is to use their valet service, which is $50 per night. I would've preferred to be able to park in some sort of parking structure or lot without paying more, but the benefits of the great downtown location come at a cost I suppose. That being said, all of the valet employees were kind and quick to help us.

Absolutely, here's a review for your week-long stay: "I recently spent a fantastic week at this hotel for work, and it exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The room was comfortable and well-maintained. The amenities provided added an extra touch of convenience. Overall, a delightful experience that made my week away enjoyable. Highly recommend!" And najla was great and very informational, and she took care of everything that I needed

My first time staying at this hotel and I had a wonderful time! First and foremost, the staff here were wonderful. The front desk were friendly and helpful each time I approached them with questions. The valet and cleaning staff were also very courteous. The location was perfect. Right in downtown, close to a metro station and bus stop as well as easily walkable to many restaurants and major attractions, like the Georgia Aquarium, Coca Cola Museum, and Centennial Park. We stayed on the 6th floor and it was clean and seemed it had been renovated. The hotel still retains some decor that highlight the history of the site. I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to do the same.

I love coming here! Charnice,, Dwight, and Dominique (employees I have experience with) are the BEST! Even if there is a problem, they work it out in your favor. They are courteous and so very kind. The hotel is awesome as well… the location is perfect for any trip to Atlanta! I cannot say enough about the service we have been given with every trip there (even while they are undergoing renovations)!

The staff here are exceptional! I had a wonderful stay. Everything I could want was within walking distance, and I felt safe here. The rooms are a bit dated, although the bathrooms are obviously renovated. I think this is a historical type of hotel? However, the amenities and service are top notch, down the fresh chocolate chip cookies when you check in. I wish the cleaning of my room was better, but maybe try requesting the cleaning instead of relying on the regular "sprucing up" they might do.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
