These have to be one of the worst hotel chains in the industry. I came across this place on the internet while planning a trip to Florida. Online, the rooms looked great, but upon arrival, the clerk was rude. The room was filthy with burns in the carpet. The bedding was dirty as if it hadn't been changed, and the smell took my breath away. Getting a refund took a long time after a very long argument with the manager. Sad to say, but Indian owned properties seem to be managed as if in a third world country. We ended up at the Seabourn right off the beach, American owned, great service, management, and guests. Be patient when looking for hotels call before making reservations, and if it's foreign managed or owned, simply hang up.

It was a great room at a great price and the location has been completely remodeled and is very appealing and has that comfy feel to it. The newly remodeled interior accents the upgraded rooms and the work on the kitchen and dining is underway and will complete the transformation of A B. V. I. from the little hotel that tried into the small but pronounced hotel that holds it's own against the franchise giants while managing to keep the atmosphere at a comfortable " YA'LL COME BACK NOW...!!!!" setting!!

Extremely Dissatisfactory Experience: We recently encountered a highly disappointing service situation that compelled us to share our concerns. Upon our employee's arrival for check-in, we regrettably observed an altercation between your staff member and the General Manager, characterized by raised voices and unprofessional behavior. Subsequently, our employee was denied the intended service and faced undue hurdles when seeking a refund, a process that was needlessly convoluted for their spouse. As an organization, we place paramount importance on seamless and respectful interactions with service providers. Regrettably, the events that transpired at your establishment did not align with our expectations of professionalism. Given the circumstances, we were compelled to redirect our employees to alternative accommodations nearby for an upcoming event. We believe that effective communication, courteous service, and swift issue resolution are central to fostering positive business relationships. It is our hope that this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement, facilitating a more harmonious experience for future patrons. We remain committed to identifying establishments that reflect our values and can adequately cater to the needs of our team members. We appreciate your attention to this matter and trust that it will be addressed in a constructive manner. Thank you for your understanding.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
