My experience was much better than reviews I read from several months ago. My room appeared to be newly renovated and and was very comfortable. This is a bare basic place to stay. Limited parking.

Didn’t sleep all night because of noisy neighbors, car alarms and the AC not work. Employee at front desk was nice but this was our worst hotel experience. I did contact front desk. They called the guest next door to keep the noise down twice and then refunded their money and asked them to leave after 4 am. This started at 11 pm. I appreciate the effort but the situation sucked, as did our stay so no we would not ever come back. I got a hotel to sleep in and did not sleep.

This goes to the guy working the office. I had a reservation for December and needed to cancel. I called the hotel due to me not having my confirmation #, the guy said he seen my reservation but REFUSED to help and was RUDE! Hanging up and arguing with me on why I need to cancel. He referred me to go do it online and when I asked for my confirmation # he was hesitant to give it to me and ended up giving me the wrong information. The guy is no help and disrespectful. I don’t understand why he had a problem especially when I had plenty of time to cancel. DON’T BOOK HERE🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩

This my MF SPOT! I have to fly in pretty often for business. This place is always available, the staff is nice-all of them even the cleaning staff, that’s important to me. The room are CLEAN. I have stayed in three different rooms and every room was nice and clean, beds are comfy… the pillow game needs some work but other than that it’s great. Centrally located. I have not seen any “RiffRaff” or homeless on/around the property. Cool low-key spot in Hollywood. Ohhhhh I almost forgot, they have a nice lil pool and a restaurant on premise.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
