Always loved this place until they tried to keep my security deposit due to their own lack. Of attentiveness and after making a huge deal about it after being SUPER LOYAL they refunded the $ then told me NEVER TO BOOK THERE AGAIN. Well that cost them all of our companies travel expenses when we have contractors in town. They ought to check their books rather than play some macho game of can't take ownership.

Clean room that was maintained pretty well. The lady that was working the front desk was super nice during my visit. The two things that I didn't like were the curtains let in a lot of light in the morning despite being closed. The doors should have a chain or some sort of secondary lock.

I stayed for two days and had to end up ( after asking the front office) going to housekeeping and tell them that I needed towels and my sheets had not been changed.when I got back to the room a few hours later.there they were.clean sheets and towels on the floor in front of my door in the hallway

The service was amazing. They always accommodated for what I needed and asked for. It was close to base for a USMC graduation I attended. It was close to everything you needed as well including gyms, gas, stations, and stores. Really enjoyed this stay and recommend it if you rather spend money on your vacation than a 5 star hotel you’re in 8 hours to sleep. Thank you!

I want to revise my review, yes I was really sick from the heaters that did need to be serviced, I’m highly allergic to mold and have respitory issues from it so for me it’s incredibly dangerous to be around and why I was so upset. However the staff is incredibly kind, and for the price it’s one of the nicest motels I’ve stayed in. I write my review when I was really sick, not everyone may be as susceptible to mold like me. I honestly can say every other time I’ve stayed here, the staff is nothing but kind and easy to work with, the rooms are always nice and clean. After my stay in the room with the heater that needed service they refunded my stay. I would recommend to anyone that staying here is an excellent option. I’ve always really enjoyed my stay here. It’s actually much nicer then some of the pricey places in the area. I do hope the heater units get addressed. I would also recommend writing reviews when your less emotional and sick because the staff here is honestly some of the kindest people I’ve worked with. They did accommodate me due to the circumstances, I would recommend staying here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
